About the devs

slam b productions is an independent tabletop game developer consisting of siblings Sam, Lillian, Amelia, and Madeline Browning. We've been playing card games and board games since we were kids, and coming up with our own "house rules" for almost as long. We crowdfunded our first card game, Farms & Factories, in 2017, and followed up with our first expansion Inventions in 2020. Our latest game (and first non-card game) will be launching in 2024. Sam Browning

Sam Browning has enjoyed tweaking games and inventing new ones since he was old enough to read. An avid Magic: the Gathering and board game player, Sam also enjoys playing volleyball in his spare time. He loves getting his friends and family involved in his creative pursuits, so he always has new ideas to share.

Amelia Browning

Amelia Browning loves thinking about systems and design, which is probably why their favorite games have simple rules and complex strategies. In addition to playtesting prototypes and attempting to keep slam b productions' web presence up to date, they sometimes do a podcast about board games called Fun by Design. Outside of games, they like to read science fiction and watch bad B movies with friends.

Lillian Browning

Lillian Browning is an avid playtester and games promoter, and always brings the latest slam b productions game to conventions and other social gatherings. She also brings her artistic skills to the table, helping work with artists and clean up templates and designs. When not playing games, she can often be found outside gardening or hiking with her shiba inu Tenpo.

Madeline Browning

As the youngest family member, Madeline has been putting up with nerd talk her entire life. But she's always happy to help playtest, and her beautiful artwork adorns the back of the Farms & Factories card game. Her favorite thing to do in her free time is to train and play with her dog Kiki.
